4. Within 48 hours you will receive a receipt, contract of sale and allocation paper.

5. By 2025, you will receive a Deed of Sub-Lease and physical allocation. You also have the option of purchasing the land from you at double the price you paid for it or the prevailing market rate (whichever is greater).
