Queens Town is designed to prove that the Good Life Experience is available to all Nigerians and that as Nigerians we have all that it takes to build the world of our dreams. There is a deliberate effort to be different in every possible way from the common experience of the average Nigerian.

Our vision is to build a new city which is green, smart, and efficient. In every aspect. A truly self-sustaining city. The design of Queens Town is based on the theme “Abundance Verdure”. So, in every aspect there is an abundance of space, the houses are bigger, the rooms are bigger, the plots are bigger, the roads are wider, the walk ways are bigger etc.

Every 5m there is a tree, amounting to over 10,000 trees all over the city. Each district has a recreational park and multiple green areas reserved for plant life. There are orchids/parks in between each district and a 5,000 sqm park in the central business district.
