A mixed urban development designed with deliberate attention to a healthy work and home life balance and harmony with the environment. A NEW LAGOS

Queens Town

A Smart City for the Future. Queenstown is a 100 hectares development project, designed to enhance and promote good living we refer to as the “Good Life Experience” – GLE!

The design of Queenstown is based on the theme “Abundance Verdure”. Thus, in every aspect of its layout, there is an abundance of space, the houses are bigger, the rooms are bigger, the plots are bigger, the roads are wider, the walkways are bigger. Every 5m there is a tree, amounting to over 10,000 trees all over the city. Each district has a recreational park and multiple green areas reserved for plant life. There are orchids/parks in between each district and a 5,000 sqm park in the central business district.

Queens Town has a 3m high perimeter wall running completely around the town, 3m from the wall is a belt of trees running right round the perimeter wall (about 1,004 trees) and next to that belt of trees is a 7m wide ring road that also goes right round the entire city. The trees to be planted on that perimeter belt are called masquerade trees and grow to a height of 10m within 2 years. The trees will provide a sound and air filter around the town.

Queenstown as designed consists of 5 strictly residential districts: Allington, Abbey, Thames, Westminster and Queens Gate. It will also feature a Central Business District, Pall Mall District and two mixed development areas Tudor and Kent Districts.

Queens Town is located 15km from La Campaigne Tropicana and 1.5km from the Coastal Road and is in the heart of the Ode-Omi Town of Ibeju Lekki.
